✦ TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms listed below.
FILE DELIVERY & STORAGE
✦ Final files will be delivered in high resolution via Google Drive, email, or ZIP file, as agreed.✦ Files will be stored on Google Drive for up to 1 (one) month due to storage limitations.
After this period, files may be deleted to free up space.✦ It is the client’s responsibility to download and back up the files within this timeframe.✦ If the client loses the files, they may contact me via email, VGen, Ko-fi, Discord or the business social media platform used to request a re-send.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS
✦ The client may not:• Edit, alter, modify, or remove the artist’s signature without permission.• Claim the artwork as their own.• Resell, redistribute, give away, or commercialize the artwork without authorization.• Use the artwork for NFTs, AI training, or any AI-generated content.• Use the artwork for commercial purposes without purchasing the commercial license.✦ The artwork may not be used for physical or digital products for sale without prior payment of the commercial fee.✦ Failure to pay the commercial fee invalidates any profit-based use of the artwork.
ALLOWED USE
✦ The client may:• Use the artwork for personal use.• Use the artwork as icons, banners, or profile images with proper credit to the artist.• Print the artwork and claim ownership of the character (not the artwork itself).• Create monetized content or livestreams using the artwork/model, as long as these terms are respected.• Use the artwork for commercial purposes after purchasing the commercial license.
ADDITIONAL FEES
✦ Commercial use: +50% of the base price.✦ Privacy / NDA:
If the client does not want the artwork (or process) to be posted publicly, a fee of 50% to 100% may apply, depending on complexity.✦ Rush commissions may include an extra fee of up to $30.✦ Additional elements such as pets, props, backgrounds, or extra details may incur additional charges.
PROCESS & REVISIONS
✦ All general revisions must be requested during the sketch phase only.✦ The client may ask questions and follow the progress at any time.✦ After 5 revisions, an additional fee of $5 to $20 may be charged depending on complexity.✦ Once the artwork is finalized, no free revisions will be provided.
PAYMENT
✦ Payments are accepted via Pix or PayPal.✦ Payment options:50% upfront + 50% after sketch approval100% upfront (priority in the queue)✦ Invoices must be paid within 72 hours or the commission may be canceled.✦ Prices are listed in USD and may vary depending on complexity and add-ons.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
✦ If the client cancels before work begins, a full refund will be issued.✦ If the sketch has been delivered, 50% of the payment will be refunded.✦ If rendering or coloring has started, no refund will be provided.✦ No refunds are available for completed commissions.✦ If the artist cancels the commission, 100% of the payment will be refunded.✦ If the artist is unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, the client may be eligible for a full refund.✦ The client agrees not to file chargebacks outside of this policy.
POSTING & PORTFOLIO
✦ The artist reserves the right to post, record, stream, and share the artwork and process on social media and portfolios.✦ For private projects, the client must notify the artist before work begins.
PRIVACY & PERSONAL DATA
✦ Personal information (name, address, ID numbers, etc.) will never be shared publicly.✦ Both parties should avoid unnecessary sharing of sensitive personal data.
STYLE, CONTENT & RESTRICTIONS
✦ The artist may refuse requests that involve copying another artist’s style.✦ The artist does not create explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content.✦ The artist may draw real people, provided the client supplies references and the content is not offensive, sensitive, or questionable.✦ Restrictions include, but are not limited to:Explicit adult contentExtreme goreMechaComplex armorMonstersStyle copying

FINAL NOTES
✦ Each request is reviewed individually and may be declined.✦ The client must provide all necessary information and references before work begins.✦ Communication is required throughout the process.
If the client becomes unresponsive for an extended period, the commission may be canceled.✦ The artist is not responsible for issues caused by failure to read these Terms of Service.
